$300 Deposit required to reserve dates.  Deposit will be refunded w/in 5 days of check out, if no damage - Housekeeper will confirm. 1/2 of full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date, balance due 15 days from rental date. Daily/Weekly rentals: deposit refunded minus one nights rent, if cancellation w/in 7 days of rental date.  Monthly rentals:  Deposit is non refundable if cancellation w/in 60 days of reserved date.  Full deposit will be returned w/in 5 days after check out if no damage.
