HOUSE RULES - POOL HEATING & HOT TUB
Pool use is included with your stay. Pool heating is optional at $100 per night with a three-night minimum ($300 minimum). For a seven-night stay, pool heating is $500 total for the stay. For stays longer than seven nights, guests must contact the host to arrange pool heating and confirm pricing. Applicable tax is additional. Pool heating is charged only if you choose it. Hot-tub use is included at no extra charge and can be set to run on a schedule. Contact the host to request pool heating or arrange the hot-tub schedule.

INSIDE THE HOME
Renovated in January 2026, the home features bright coastal finishes, comfortable gathering spaces, and a fully equipped kitchen for beach snacks and family meals. Complimentary coffee and starter waters welcome you on arrival, and an extra refrigerator in the garage provides added storage for drinks and groceries. The primary suite includes pool and spa views with private outdoor access.

The beach is approximately half a mile away, with sidewalks for walking, biking, or cruising by golf cart. MB Miller County Pier, Front Beach Road, restaurants, shopping, and family attractions are nearby. Guests receive free parking for the included golf cart at Bay County piers.

HOUSE RULES - PETS ALLOWED
Pets allowed: up to 2 dogs with advance approval. One pet fee per stay covers the approved dogs; the applicable fee is shown in your booking price. Guests must promptly pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste. Uncollected pet waste will incur an additional $200 cleanup fee where permitted by the booking platform. For Airbnb reservations, no automatic cleanup-task penalty applies; eligible extraordinary cleaning costs may be requested through Airbnb with supporting documentation. Pets are not permitted in the pool or hot tub. See the rental agreement for full pet rules. Service animals are handled under applicable law and booking-platform policies.

CLEAN COVERLET PROGRAM
Fresh bed linens, comforters, and coverlets are laundered before every check-in.

EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS
Exterior security cameras are present on the property and are used solely for insurance and liability purposes. There are no cameras in private indoor spaces. Tampering with cameras or pool equipment is prohibited and may result in loss of damage-waiver protection and responsibility for resulting damage.

RESERVATION ADMINISTRATION FEE
A $25 host reservation administration fee applies once per reservation made through Emerald Coast By Owner (ECBYO), plus applicable tax. This fee is for the entire reservation, regardless of the number of guests or nights, and is included in the quoted booking charges.
