Payment Notes
To reserve our condo you must be at least 25 years of age.  The reservation/damage deposit fee is to be paid at the time of reservation and the rental amount is due 60 days prior to arrival.  A rental agreement will be emailed and until that is signed and the deposit money is posted the time will remain open for others to reserve.
Weekly remtals are check in and out on Saturday
We are weekly only 5/1 til 8/31
If less than a week is agreed upon there will be additional daily charges as the rates are based on a 7 day stay.
