Payment Notes
Your total rate will consist of the base rate, the $450 cleaning fee and 12% in taxes. Payments are non-refundable. 3% processing is added for credit card payments. A rental agreement, security deposit and payment authorization for are required. From Mid-May to Mid-August, rentals are Saturday to Saturday only. Holidays and other times of the year may have different rates/rules. Destination weddings are welcome at the property.
