Welcome to the ‘Laguna Beach House’ on beautiful Panama City Beach. This private, family residence has been enjoyed by 3 generations since 1979. The current owner, Leigh Cassady wishes to share this warm family home and hope you will make many fond memories. We have made every effort to ensure you have a comfortable stay. For your use, there is a charcoal grill in the carport. The home was recently remodeled in Winter 2024. The home sleeps 9 comfortably. There are 4 bedrooms with luxurious king size beds. One bedroom has an additional twin bed. We have 2 spacious bathrooms with walk in showers. The bathrooms also have an exterior exit which makes it easy to shower outside and enter through the east or west bathroom after going to the beach. Our kitchen is fully stocked to make your stay very enjoyable and easy to prepare meals at home. We have gates on the east, west and south entrances for security.
