Everything is new due to Hurricane Michael. 1282 square feet two bedroom two bath condo in the Windward Building at Edgewater Beach Resort, We have a gated parking lot right in front of the building. No walking across the street for parking. Edgewater is one of the only full service resorts, featuring a restaurant and bar, ice cream shop, golf tennis, splash area for kids and many more extras. You never have to leave the resort. We offer a beach set up for two for our guest. The beach chairs are a 40 dollar a day value. The Windward building is a midrise building located directly on the beach. This is one of the two buildings at Edgewater that is the closest to the beach. You have a full glass open living dinning area overlooking the ocean. There are no pools or anything between you and the beach. The Windward building is a smaller building so the elevators are never crowded. The beach is less crowded in front of the building too. There are many pools to choose from and most of them are heated for the winter and there are two hot tubs. Edgewater also offer a nine hole executive golf course. There is also a workout center. Edgewater shopping center is directly across the street. It has a Rocket lanes bowling alley with skating, bowling, and many games.. There are several restaurants to choose from and shops. All of this is within walking distance. You will never have to leave the area. It is a couple of blocks away from Publix. It is centrally located on front beach road. Great location.
