Welcome to Portside P6, a beautiful 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhome located in the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Nestled within Portside Resort, this townhome has access to loads of amenities including 3 community pools, 3 tennis courts, shuffleboard areas, and more. On the first floor, you will find an open kitchen, living and dining area filled with natural light from a large sliding glass doors that lead to the covered patio. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of seating in the dining area. There are sleeping arrangements for 6 people with a queen bedrooms in each other the bedrooms upstairs, as well as a sleeper sofa in the living area downstairs. *LOW Monthly Winter Rates -Not Available to Guests under age 25* Snowbird Season runs November through February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for Nov- Jan is $1500 per month + taxes/fees. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Rates are Valid for the current Snowbird season only. Next year’s rates are subject to change.
