Located on the ground floor, this newly renovated condo features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. This condo offers a King size bed in the master bedroom, Twin bunkbeds in the hall, and a gel sleeper sofa in the living room.  This lovely unit sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably. Private beach access can be found next to the Sandpiper Beacon Resort, where beach chair and umbrella rentals are available. Private Beach Access is next to Sandpiper Beacon Resort! You can rent beach chair and umbrellas from Sandpiper during your stay!

Parking passes and wristbands are required and can be obtained at the Security Office.  The Security Office is located to the right of the clubhouse, next to the entrance to the pool.
