Salty Kisses is a charming, newly remodeled (winter 2020) 1 BR/2 BA beachfront retreat, located on the 4th floor of the Windward building in the premier gated Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort and is an ideal getaway for up to 4 adults.

As part of the renovations a new A/C was installed with venting routed to keep the entire condo temperate.

Perfectly situated at the quiet end of the resort, (removed from the high rise bustle) you may still enjoy all the amenities of the resort. The parking lot is at the building and there are 2 elevators for 6 floors. Windward is adjacent to a sparkling pool, heated in the winter.

This non-smoking/no pet condo has been beautifully updated for your comfort: The master suite features new window tint and black-out drapes to help maintain a cool temperature on hot days. Additional improvements include high end furniture, whisper quiet ceiling fans, fresh bedding, kitchenware, and updated décor including shiplap. Tile floors are throughout and area rugs are routinely shampooed or replaced.

Salty Kisses’ excellent floorplan places the master suite apart from the living area allowing for extra privacy. Each sleeping area has its own bathroom, television and balcony access. The living room sleeper sofa has a new mattress along with a topper for extra comfort.

The entire back wall of the master bedroom provides an amazing view of the gulf, where the sound of the waves will lull you to sleep. The plush king bed has a mattress topper and the master bath has a beautiful custom walk-in tile shower.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook or blend drinks and is tastefully appointed with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a breakfast bar for 2. Dining tables for 4 are both inside and on the balcony overlooking the gulf.

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort amenities include 110 acres of private beach, a huge oceanside lagoon pool, a splash pad for kids, beach/umbrella service, 10 additional pools, 4 hot tubs, tennis, pickle ball, and golf. Ocean’s Bar and Grill offers gulf front dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Blenders offers frozen drinks and snacks on the pool deck. Edgies Corner Market is a well stocked surf and sundries shop serving ice cream and Starbucks coffee. Edgewater Resort offers seasonal activities such as a splash pad, outdoor movies, kids activities, and adult fitness classes and activities.

Across the street in the Shoppes of Edgewater you will find restaurants, a spa, an escape room, axe throwing, an ice cream shop, and a huge arcade with roller skating, bowling, games and a sports bar.  

Off the Resort, Panama City Beach is a traveller’s dream with so many activities and amazing restaurants, you’ll be planning your return before you even leave.
