It is nestled in the best kept secret of the Emerald Coast, CARILLON BEACH, which is a gated 24 hour security community entirely located south of ANY major roads. Lucky Charm was recently upgraded (2022) and offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (with tub), full kitchen, trundle couch with 2 regualr size twin mattresses and enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. Whether you choose to listen to the bell tower toll on the hour from the balcony or step out the back gate to stroll down The Promenade (less than 300 feet) to Bellview Park pool, playground and tennis courts… This carriage house affords you southern simplicity and ease of access to all that Carillon Beach has to offer. The emerald waters and powder white sand await less than 800 feet (4 min walk) from our front door.
